Explosion proof fluorescent work light (hazardous location fluorescent work light) with 26 watts of fluorescent illumination. The ballast necessary for the fluorescent bulb is contained within the handle (inline ballast option available upon request). This explosion proof drop light is made with non-sparking aluminum housing, molded bumper guards, annealed glass tube shield and lamp shock absorbers, enabling this fluorescent drop to meet UL requirements for Class 1, Division hazardous location environments. This hazardous location hand lamp is designed to Article 500 of the National Electrical Code.
